Changed your mind

You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email hello@scribbledfox.com with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the book back to us; we will give you the return address when you write.

Please send it back unused and in the condition you received it. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, because the book is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We refund the price of the book and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back, to the card you paid with. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate.

Cancelling before it is printed

Because every book is printed to order, the sooner you tell us the better. Write to hello@scribbledfox.com as soon as you can; if printing has not started we will simply cancel and refund in full.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the title you ordered, email hello@scribbledfox.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery you paid, and we will cover the cost of returning it if we need it back.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
