Who we are
Scribbled Fox publishes astrology diaries and zodiac notebooks and sells them at scribbledfox.com. You can reach us at hello@scribbledfox.com. These terms apply to every order placed on the site.
Your order
When you place an order we send an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us is made when we accept your order by starting to print it. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot deliver to your address or a price was shown in error, and if we do we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the prices shown on the product page when you order. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you order, by card through Stripe.
Printed to order
Every book is printed after you order it. Allow up to five working days for printing, then the delivery time for your country. Both are shown on the Delivery page and again at checkout, and the delivery time you agree to at checkout is the time that applies to your order.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and faulty or damaged books are replaced or refunded. How it works is on the Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
The horoscopes
The horoscopes and astrological content in our diaries are written by Louise Healy and are offered for interest, reflection and enjoyment. They are not professional advice of any kind, and decisions you make are your own.
Our content
The text, artwork, cover designs and photographs on this site and in our books belong to Scribbled Fox or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer.
Privacy
How we use your details is set out in our Privacy policy.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your own country’s courts.
